Delivery
Within Switzerland we ship our products with Swiss Post within 2-5 working days. However, for certain products and colors, delivery may take 1 - 2 weeks. For orders outside of Switzerland, delivery will be made with Swiss Post and their partners of the respective countries. Please note that additional customs fees will be charged.
Return
If you do not like something or if it does not fit, you can return the ordered products to us within 14 days after receipt (from the date of delivery). The goods must be in perfect and undamaged condition, unused and in original packaging, otherwise the right of return expires. The refund of the purchase amount will be made with the same method of payment as you paid.
The costs and risk associated with a return are fully at your expense.
Please inform us by e-mail if you want to return a product. Please include a copy of your order confirmation so that we can check the return. You can then send the package to the following address:

If you do not wish to accept an order due to delayed delivery, it is your responsibility to properly cancel the order. If the ordered goods have already been shipped, you are obliged to accept them. The return must then be properly handled as a return within 14 days as mentioned above.
If an item is no longer available, we have the right to cancel the purchase and refund you the amount paid. We must inform you if the item has been replaced or equivalent items are available.
